Unico Training - Terms & Conditions

Confirmation of your course booking will be e-mailed to you. Booking may be made from any  UK Address.

We reserve the right to change course dates and venues due to circumstances beyond our control, an alternative course will be offered or a full refund in line with our Terms & Conditions.

 

Payments & Taxes

We accept VISA, MasterCard, VISA Electron, VISA Delta, AMEX, Maestro (UK Issued) and Solo via our website or cheque payment by post.  All transactions are in pounds Sterling (£)

Online payments are handled using industry standard 128-bit encryption and are therefore highly secure.

Refunds on course bookings will be made to the purchaser's credit/debit card account and all prices on this website are quoted, where appropriate, inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.

All payments are due in full prior to the start date of the course

 

Refunds & Cancellations

If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, please contact us by telephone, letter, fax, or email within fourteen working days prior to the course start date. We will arrange to exchange, or refund your credit card for the full amount.

Reimbursement will be made to the purchasers credit/debit card account within 14 days after we are in receipt of any products we may have already provided.  Cancellations made with less than 14 days notice will be subject to a 25% cancellation charge.

Unico Training may postpone or cancel a course due to low attendance, we aim to inform the candidates at least 48 hours prior to the course start date, and a full refund will be made available.
